Hello, :hello:
I was hoping for a more experienced opinion here tbh.
What you see below is an extract from an unfortunately managed account.
I except the underfunding charge and the first subseqent o/d charge even if it was due to the underfunding charge, but after that it just gets ridiculous...

?.. The double charges and all..? The money you see being paid in is my response to letters informing me that such and such an amount needs to be paid in before such and such a time, so's not to be in breach of the agreement etc.
Thanks for any help.
Tom.

What part doesnt look right? You didnt pay in the required £500 so they charged you accordingly then it looks like you didnt bring it down to the authorised overdraft limit so they charged you again.
The same thing is going to happen again in November unless you sort it out...0 -
Hello,
Looking at the yellow dates, it's too late to sort things out for November:
Day 1 and day 5 of the unauthorised overdraft would have been something like October 4th and October 10th.
= another £50 to be taken around 20th Nov.
Also, looking at the orange dates, there are two more underfunding fees still outstanding, at the moment they only cover up to the end of August.
= another £5 to pay on 20th Nov.
= another £5 on 20th Dec.
These delayed charges are bound to catch people out.
This account is costing you a small fortune in charges. Can you see any way of getting the OD down below your authorised limit plus a extra £60-80 leeway for charges and underfunding? What are you going to do about it in the long run?:T:j :TMFiT-T2 No.120|Challenge started 12.12.09|MFD 12.12.12 :j:T:j0 -
unfortunately i was made redundant a couple of months ago and have been temping to keep the money coming in while i get a new job, so money is an issue.
The under funding charges I'm just gonna have to put up with for the time being, and in know it's a bad thing to say but it's only £5 a month, and hopefully unemployment/temping(low wage) wont last long.
Cheers,

You still haven't explained what you think is wrong.
If you told us your authorised overdraft limit, it might help.0
