Is this shill bidding

I didn't think anything of this as I feel I've paid a reasonable price for the item, it was only after I left feedback that I noticed a comment from another buyer that got me suspicious. Looking on goofbay the bidding by dlwplastics on kerrie2803 items looks a little suspect to me.

What do you experienced ebayers think? And if it shill bidding should I report it when I'm only out of pocket by a few pence?

I would have said no as the item was of low value but having looked at dlwplaslics history thay have bid on 12 recent kerrie2803 auctions. I would now say yes, it looks like shill bidding, report it to Ebay for investigation.

I reported it, but doesn't look like ebay did anything as she's still trading. Makes you wonder why we bother reporting things!

Perhaps she's not doing anything wrong, just because you reportd it doesn't make it wrong.

12 bids eh, I recently sold a whole stack of car parts many of them the same person bid on, just because someone bids on a lot of auctions from the same person doesn't make it shill bidding.

But they have never bid on anyone else auction only 12 of this sellers auctions, they are also 0 feedback (member 1 month), its the classic warning signs in my book.
Also both from Devon, must be real mates

What do E-bay normally do if they agree its Shill bidding?
