Think of every swear word you use, and then come up with an alternative exclamation for it using the same letter of the alphabet and keep repeating it out loud when you're in a quiet place on your own,
i.e. for " Oh Bu**er, substitute Oh Botheration!
(or something similar).
Or put something painful like a £5 or £10 note in a swear box and ensure you donate it to charity rather than building up a jar of treats for yourself.0 -
In all fairness, you have a 3 year old child and that should be enough to stop foul language coming out of your mouth. Enough said. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

Are you excessively stressed? Do you put yourself under a lot of pressure? You may think not, but that may be because it has been going on for so long that it now feels normal to you.
Try focussing more on the things in your life that are going well, rather than the areas that are problematic. Things you have done that you are proud of, however small, rather than those you are ashamed of, or embarrassed by. The full half of your glass, rather than the empty half.
Aim to use your thoughts and focus to self-soothe and make yourself feel a little better. Hopefully, in time, you will not feel the need to swear as much.0 -

Replace it with a less naughty word.
People in the past used to say bother or blow it or blast and those are easy to get used to using, especially if they start with the same letter as the words you are trying to avoid.
It seems like they would sound really pompous when you first think of them but really if you are exasperated, they do just as well and can be said in front of children .0 -
