Paying off a Career Development Loan but NOT showing on credit report

Hi All
I am currently paying off a Career Development Loan with Co-op bank. I have been doing so for the past 2 years and have always paid on time.
This Loan does not appear on my credit file report (I have checked a few: experian, equifax, clearscore). Should this be on my report? How can I get it added on? Surely as I have been paying this in a timely manner it would boost my rating?
Any help would be much appreciated!

It should only be there if the provider chooses to report it and has told you they will do so.0
