I'm a SSE customer. I live in sheltered accommodation and am in the fortunate position of only paying for electricity.
Also fortunately, I am presently on a fixed rate tariff with SSE which ends in December, so don't have to concern myself too much with any price increases at present.
However, about six weeks prior to the end of my present tariff, I will certainly be looking at alternative cheaper tariffs.
I do use CEC, which I have found very helpful and which has saved me a fair bit of money over the last few years.
However, in the past I have also found these sites to be quite helpful....
