    I interpreted it to be paint walls including one which is green to match the rest of the flat . I've not seen any indication that the OP painted this . It may well have been that colour at the start and the LL has forgotten . Without OP confirming we wont know



    Even so I would not be paying for repainting of any walls after 5 years unless I had painted them a diff colour without consent . And I tend not to decorate rented houses without consent .



    Chips are damage , but how long do you expect a mirror particularly a cheap one to last . These things are part of wear and tear , cheap mirrors crack and chip remarkably easily .
