Like an idiot booked an airport hotel for the wrong airport! Did not realise till a week later too. Anyway, they swopped it over with no problems at all, even though it was a no amends booking.
I'd expected some drama and financial loss but they were brilliant.
Generally book with them now or if they are in the ball park of the best price. Which they usually are.
