Meeting up with a supposed 'private' car seller in a random public car park doesn't worry you then!?

Facade picked on why i posted, yep i got the software date by mistake but the other picture info was there.
No he didn't, he corrected what you posted not why you posted what you did. So again your point was?

Even if the pic had been taken back in September there's nothing strange in that. As I said earlier I had a door ding on my car that I waited over 2 years to get finally get fixed, prior to selling it.

That's scary ! No, I want to buy this car and met the guy there. I am worried that it might be a full front wing replacement and this is the only issue with the car that worries me and it might be quite expensive. I am not sure if the changing of a front wing panel will put a category on the car too
It wont, but again why would you bother when it may easily be fixed via a PDR.

Has the seller factored the dent into the price, I'd want at least £500 off just to be on the safe side.

You have a point but to be fair, I wouldn't meet all my potential buyers at home either unless I know they will buy the car for sure. He met me there as it was close to the motorway to test drive the car.

The price is around £500 below the market for that car (based on searches on same cars for the last 3 weeks) and he said he will take of £300 off because of that. I know it might not be a big deal but it comes to ask why he hasn't bothered to fix it if it was a quick fix as he might have asked for a higher price. There are many variables to this issue so I am aware of that and not too many facts given .
