Partially Settled!!!

I have a partially settled debt on a credit card & loan with Lloyds TSB that was. My ex put in a claim for ppi on our then mortgage and a loan we had with Halifax. The decision has been upheld and we are entitled to monies back . Can my share of this money be taken to offset the partially settled debt with Lloyds TSB now that the Halifax are part of Lloyds banking group. The partially settled agreement was made in late 2015 or early 2016.

The bank can only set off any PPi redress against the debt that the PPI was related to. It cant use it against other debts within the same group.

No, but you can of course make separate voluntary payments to your unpaid debt.
