I cancelled a card and by misrake and withpout knowing my joint holder made 1 more transaction, egg never told me and allowed this to happen even though I had cancelled the card and said they only cancelled the primary card, I found this out round 2 years later and had been getting no payment and interest charges evry month woch where >£2000, with no notice at all from egg. I found this out when applying for another credit crad.
I had tpo pay this off in full to stop the fees and complained but got nowhere.
under new rules can I reclaim any fees due to not been contacted and told by egg?
thanks

There aren't any new rules regarding transactions and statements.
New transactions should have been blocked but a CPA would have continued. Were you not getting statements, either physically or online?0
