Divorce/Child maintenance help

Hi everyone
Myself & ex husband have a court order in place that means I receive child maintenance for our 2 girls. When we divorced I agreed to the court order as it would mean payments for the children up until they are 18 or leave full time education. I am self employed and with the help of family still manage to work a couple of nights a week as I stopped working full time to bring the 2 girls up whilst I supported my ex husband with his career. One of the reasons I agreed to him keeping his huge pension (most of which was built up whilst I brought the children up) was that I would get these regular payments. I recently came across the paperwork that states my ex h should produce his last p60 and last 3 pay slips yearly to calculate the payments (I had previously just taken what he told me was right amount) I was met with hostility. After producing these documents it was clear I could and perhaps should be entitled to more child maintenance. Since querying this with him he has gone all out for a 50/50 arrangement with our children and intends to pay nothing. Can anyone advise me on this matter and where i stand. Thanks in advance for any help

I understand a CMS/CSA case overrides court arrangements that have been running longer than 12 months.
But prolly best post in the csa board.0 -
How old are your children? Would they want to go and live with their dad? I too have heard that CMS overrides court arrangements.0
