Vodaphone messing up my file

I transferred a line to my son on February so contract & bills are now in his name.
Checked my file at the weekend & there is a late payment marker showing on the account that I transferred to my son!
I immediately contacted Vodaphone but I couldn’t talk to the team directly. They said they will look into it but as far as they are concerned the account is in my sons name & shouldn’t be on my file. Obviously something down the line has gone amiss. What can I do to get this removed from my file ASAP.

Sounds like you have already done it.

If they fail to rectify, then dispute via the CRAs.

Use resolver, its the only way ive got anywhere with Vodafone, most of the rest of the staff are beyond useless
