Esources subscription charge to CC. Can I reclaim it?

Just this morning I checked my email and to my horror there was a notification that www.esources.co.uk had taken £39.99 from my Credit card, via Paypal, for another seven months subscription.
I had forgotten about it and had not cancelled the subscription but is there any way I can now reclaim this charge back via Payal, the CC company or some unknown legal method i.e. they didn't inform me of impending renewal etc etc.
