I have forgotten the password to my MSE credit club account and have been locked out many times trying to remember. The password reset email doesn't appear to work, I receive no email. I have no spam filtering on my email, so it doesn't go there. The creditclub@ email also gets no response when asking. Just wondering how you are supposed to regain entry when no-one wants to respond to you about it?

It works for me, it was almost instant.


You sure you entered your email correctly ?

Positive, tried it many times. It's not even as if I can use a different email address just in case the mailserver is stopping it, but I have no control over that.

It must be a MSE thing as I got the password reset email for the forum, but I don't get the notifications of a replied post either.
