The last place that fouled up my oil change was a main dealer ! National tyres changed my tyres without any problems though.
Never associate with idiots on their own level, because, being an intelligent man, you'll try to deal with them on their level - and on their level they'll beat you every time.

I got my last set of tyres from National as they were the best price for the ones I wanted. Ordered online and got an appointment and they started immediately (actually I was the only customer there at the time). Job done well and didn't take long at all.
I always use the same small garage for servicing.0
