Someone's requesting my credit reports!?

I've had emails in today that someone's requesting my credit reports but it wasn't me. Is there any help on what I should do and who I should contact? I don't understand why they'd use my email address.
Also today someone has been stealing from my credit card so I'm guessing the two things are linked. I've already blocked the cards but can't speak to anyone about transactions until tomorrow.
Any advice greatfully received!

Possibly your email has also been hacked, would be worth changing your email password.
