NatWest missing transaction

I have made three in-store transactions with my NatWest credit card at Bunnings recently. The first was two weeks ago and the others were last week. The more recent ones are recorded in online banking but the first is not, although it did appear for two days in the list of pending transactions on the mobile app.

I spoke to NatWest a week ago and they said there was a problem on 11, 12 and 13 May and they were working on correcting it. Two weeks seems like a long time and I wondered if anyone else had experienced any issues like this on these dates.

Never mind - you know that you spent the money so can leave sufficient in your account to cover whether it is debited today, tomorrow or in 6 months time.
Treat it as an interest free loan until it is sorted.
