Just a quick question...
Just registered for the electoral register at my new address albeit 7 months after ive moved in, I was just wondering what details can lenders see when they look at the electoral register?
Can they see previous addresses?
How long you’ve been registered?
Just curious,
Thanks in advance :j

They can't see those on the electoral register however they can see them on your credit record. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

They will get sent updates on the ER, this might be only once a year, so even though you are on there now, the CRA may say you aren't until they get the next update. They may have you on ER from previous addresses, but not because the ER they get sent includes this but because they already have it from previous ER updates.0

Can the CRA’s see previous addresses on the ER or can they only see the updated list whenever it is sent?0

I would imagine they would see the length of time you have lived at your current address or the address you have updated to. Not sure about past addresses.0 -
Look on your own credit report, it only shows your current address, and the date when you registered on the Electoral roll there.

Clearscore shows my current and past ER information
CreditWise shows current and last linked address but not previous ones
Noddle & GiffGaff (Callcredit) just shows current
So it varies it seems.0 -
