If the email is from boxbe-notifications@boxbe.com and the link is to boxbe.com then it is safe to click on the link.
boxbe is like captcha for email (and just as annoying). It's purpose is to prevent Spam messages reaching the recipients Inbox. It requires a human response so you are whitelisted by the final recipient, and once whitelisted you should not receive further emails.
I can confirm that marcogandolfi@outlook.com is the email for the person who runs music-news, film-news etc. and comp emails to these are sometimes/always/usually forwarded.0
