NCD - Home Insurance

Only a quarter of home insurance policies offer a no claims discount to new customers and about three quarters to existing customers but most are unaware of this.
You can build up a NCD for a maximum of 5 years and works similarly to car insurance, so when renewing always ask your current insurer to provide NCD (No Claims Discount).
