Hi,any advice greatly appreciated.got a £100 gift voucher for my daughters at christmas.the hair saloon has went into liquidation.the Halifax has told myself that as I used a Halifax visa debit card I have no recourse and to join the list of people waiting on money.surly the Halifax should be protecting consumers using cards.i was always lead to believe this was the best level of protection.it seems my hard earned cash is lost and Halifax don’t give a stuff about customers, really annoyed about this.
