Rejecting a used car

Hi guys.
Just wanting some advice.
I purchased a Volvo S60 from a non Volvo dealer.
The first to second gearing wasn't right and other issues with the car.
As the dealer is far away they agreed to me taking it to Volvo to have it repaired.
So the main repair is 3000 for a new gearbox. We have had the car 2 weeks
We have rejected it.
I traded in a PCP deal which expires in 2 months.
They paid off the cost of the car which was 9600. I then paid 10000 for the Volvo.
Now. Should I get my 10000 back or should they hand back the Jeep and the monies difference?
Thanks in advance
