Hi guys
Three weeks ago,I looked around to buy my First house and found one which I liked it.The House is 50% Mortgage and 50% rent. Purchase Price £95000.
After 4 days,I had appointment with my Mortgage Advisor and she done my decision in Principle.By the way,I forgot to mention I am doing 2 jobs, the first one I earn 13000 and the 2nd one 14000 so thats 27000 per annum.
But on the 2nd job I have started recently 2months ago.
My Mortgage Advisor said I have to do 6 months on my 2nd job and then come back, but she found the lender Halifax, who accept two months Payslip on the 2nd job.
On Monday, she has submitted my Mortgage Application, which I paid £999 product fee,£200 valuation and 150 broker fee.
She said the underwriter will look at my case and she wrote it today my email:
The underwriter has looked at your case, and because your payslips do not match the payments going into your bank account, they required employer references.
What happened is I get paid cash on both, on my first job I paid £10 less and 2nd job I paid £15 more.I know
These need to come directly from your employer, from their official work email address.
they need to email Halifax directly, the address is: @lloydsbanking.com
both employers need to confirm the following:
Your full name, Start date, your position, that the job is a permanent position, who you work for, and confirm how much you are paid. In the subject title they need to include your mortgage reference number
I would be grateful if they could copy me in the email, so can you provide them with my address, so I can chase Halifax.
They have to send it directly to the above email, as Halifax will not accept it from me.
My Question is I have spoken with both of my employer and their willing to send the details to the lender, but their using email @yahoo.co.uk and not @company domain name.
Does it really matter?
Next thing is I don't understand what she wrote "I would be grateful if they could copy me in the email, so can you provide them with my address, so I can chase Halifax".
I have tried to ring her but her phone is only ringing.
My final question is to all you guys who read this Post, will the underwriter approve my case and if not will I get any refund (mentioned above)
Thanks guys!!!
