Wow....
Just off the phone to LTSB business - had a slight problem with my account which they've sorted extremely quickly.
Also, they told me when I opened the account that I couldn't have a debit card so I've got a crappy Cashpoint card.... the person who phoned me said "we notice you don't have a debit card on your account... would you like one?"
Should be delivered next week
Best service ever - puts personal banking to shame (you get what you pay for I guess)
I'd recommend them to anyone. Excellent.
