Towel radiator pipe reposition

Just want to check please;
Undergoing bathroom renovation- Current towel radiator pipe width is 500mm. We want the newer anthracite towel radiators and the larger sizes are 600mm. Our builder is saying £40 to do new pipework for increased width.
Is this reasonable?

Sounds reasonable, depending on what else is being done, where you are etc etc.
Are you really emplying a builder to change things in a bathroom though? Surely a bathroom fitter/plumber is required. Still maybe you are building a brick table in there who knows.0
