Complimentary GNER train tickets if you have recently flown

Thanks! Flew from London and Edinburgh recently so I qualify. Here at the terms and conditions:

- Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees of GNER, their relatives and associated agencies.
- There are 2,500 complimentary GNER First Class return travel vouchers that are subject to availability, and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
- To claim your complimentary GNER First Class return travel voucher send your valid used boarding card stub or e-ticket and application form to FREEPOST RLTR-STTC-ELRR, GNER, PO Box 300, Orpington, BR5 4ZF.
- Valid boarding card stubs are any boarding cards from any one way or return flight taken on a weekday between 01/07/2007 and 15/11/2007 inclusive with any airline operator. The flight must be between any two of the following UK airports London Heathrow, London Luton, London Gatwick, London Stansted, London City, Newcastle International, Durham Tees Valley, Leeds Bradford, East Midlands, Doncaster Robin Hood and Edinburgh.
- Flights taken on any other route or outside the stated promotional dates will not be eligible to claim the promotional offer.
- The applicant must be the same person named on the boarding card or e-ticket that is submitted as proof of travel.
- Photocopies of boarding card stubs or e-tickets will not be accepted.
- All application forms and boarding card stubs must be received by 16/11/2007.
- A complimentary GNER First Class travel voucher will be issued within 14 days of receipt of a valid application and boarding card stub or e-ticket.
- The complimentary GNER First Class travel voucher is valid only on GNER trains between any two stated stations. Breaks in journeys cannot be made except where changing trains between connecting GNER services.
- Complimentary travel is subject to availability, but you can book on ANY GNER service; there are no time or day restrictions.
- Seat reservations are compulsory for both the outward and return journeys and must be booked a minimum of 7 days in advance of travel. Your complimentary travel is only valid if you can produce a complimentary First Class return travel voucher and reservation coupon. You can only travel on the services you are reserved on. If you travel on any service other than the service you are reserved on you will be deemed to not have a valid ticket and you will be subject to the appropriate charge for the journey being made.
- You should present both your complimentary First Class return travel voucher and reservation coupons on board at the time of travel or at any other time at the request of GNER staff or their representatives.
- Complimentary GNER First Class return travel vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative, refund or any other ticket. Tickets are non-transferable.
- Complimentary GNER First Class return travel vouchers must be booked and used by 15/12/2007.
- Applications can only be made by individuals; no applications will be accepted from third parties or in bulk.
- Responsibility cannot be taken for lost, delayed or damaged applications or complimentary GNER First Class return travel vouchers.

Is this offer legit? Website isn't hosted on GNER site and the postal address isn't anywhere near GNER HQ!

Don't worry Meinnit it's legit the address is a handling house and i guess they are keeping it seperate on the website is because it's aimed at business travellers and not general public although they haven't stipulated that in their T's & C's because how can you prove you were on business.
