BT Infinity

Hi

I have BT Infinity and was messed about by BT getting it installed. For example I was without any broadband for 42 days as they cut the line into my house. The broadband is working ok but I am annoyed with BT as their customer service during this period was terrible. I initially signed up for 18 months.

What can they do if I decide to terminate my contract and move to a new provider? If I do this can they delay/stop the new provided connecting me?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Val :)

They'll probably charge you for the remainder of the contract. Have they not offered any recompense for the problems? BTW it would have been Openreach presumably who cut the line to the house, not BT.

What did BT say when you asked for compensation ??
