PCP help, am I ruined?

    My favourite was "heres the pic of the Lexus i've just bought", and it turned out he hadnt bought it at all - it was still for sale at the dealers. :rotfl:

    Assuming this is a genuine query, (1) the dealer is in breach of contract and (2) the provider of the PCP for the second car is probably lending irresponsibly. There are things the original poster can do about both (1) and (2) but given the amount involved a solicitor would indeed seem a good idea.
