Right to Manage Notice - Any Templates

Hi There,
Myself and the other tenants of the leasehold block have recently had a successful mediation whereby we have reclaimed 50% of our service charges going back 5 years as we felt they weren't providing value for money.
They have also agreed to allow us the right to manage our block and we have set up our RTM company.
I just wondered if there was any templates online for the actual notice/letter we need to send the landlord to kick off the process with them? I can't seem to find anything anywhere.
Thanks in advance.

All of the notices are prescribed under the Right to Manage Regulations.

Apologies, can I not just send them a letter with the details?
That notice looks a bit of a nightmare to complete for a novice like myself.
Am I going to need a solicitor to do this for me?0 -
Section 8 of this super useful paper may help
https://www.lease-advice.org/advice-guide/right-manage/
The prescribed format leads to da rule's link above.0
