    Sorry this has happened.

You need to talk to your dad about this issue, not just "he knows that I know". Otherwise he'll probably do it again.

It is fraud, he opened an account in your name without your permission or knowledge and then proceeded to hide/get rid of any letters in your name (isn't that a crime too?). All he needed to do this was your details, no card or anything. He ordered items knowing he couldn't pay for them, and probably never planned on it. You live with him so if there are no consequences for his actions what's to say next time it won't be a credit card or loan? Or if you move out who knows how much you'll end up owing.

You can check any searches on your credit report as well to keep track of what has been applied for. I'm not saying get him in trouble for fraud but he has to know it's unacceptable for him to be using you. And as the account is in your name, without going down the fraud route, I think the debt is your responsibilty. The last thing you want is bailiffs turning up!
