I do not have a facebook account. I enter this every week and have previously won. I also enter other similar comps that don't require facebook such as Cumbrian Sausage where a non-FB user admits to winning just recently. On a PC, clicking on the link gives me the screen below (note the top of the screen where FB is inviting me to log in). If you use a tablet or phone it is possible that it works in a different way.

If you use a tablet or phone then you are most likely using Android (unless it's an Apple product).

In Android, using Chrome, click on One-Eye's link then hit the 3 dots top right and select Desktop Site and the form will appear.

Don't want to enter myself and don't know about Apple products but I imagine proceedure would be something similar to show the form.
