Ticketmaster sent tickets to old address

Hi wondering if anyone can help.

Bought tickets to billy Joel at old Trafford in June but have moved house. Emailed ticketmaster to change my address on the tickets and updated my profile with the new postcode.

Emailed again last week becAuse my address hadn’t changed. Got an email yesterday saying that they’d sent them out to my old address but they’d been sent back. So now they’re saying that I have to pick them up from the venue with ID - we can’t now go to the concert so am looking to sell. All I want is my money back - not looking to make anything. But ticketmaster say I have to use a letter of authorisation. I’ll never be able to sell using this. Twickets/ Viagogo/ getmein don’t even give you that option - just paper or electronic upload.

I’ve asked them again to send me the paper tickets or full refund but they won’t. Is there anything else I can say or do?

I paid be Amex. Is there anything they can do?

Thanks in advance
