Credit Searches in a Month

Hello and this is my first post on this forum, i hope i will get lots of information by staying here .

How many credit searches are fine in a month ? Is that ok if we make 1 or 2 searches in a month.

    Well there is no hard and fast rule because it depends on your own credit history etc. In general I would say that 1 search a month over 10 months of the year would be OK or a couple in one month, none in the next, a couple the month after should be OK too. Doing 2 a month every month would be pushing it.
