Corsa D Slam Panel Removal

I got into an accident my slam panel is damaged, I'm trying to remove. I have removed all the nut and screws but there is something else holding in place and i'm not surehow to remove it.
i have tried allen keys etc but i none seem to be to remove it.

I have never come accros this sort of fixing before.

    They look like pop rivets to me. Drill them out.
    Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.

    Yes they are rivets, drill them out and go buy a rivet gun to replace them, you may be able to replace them with nuts and bolts if you have the space
