Corsa D Slam Panel Removal

I got into an accident my slam panel is damaged, I'm trying to remove. I have removed all the nut and screws but there is something else holding in place and i'm not surehow to remove it.
i have tried allen keys etc but i none seem to be to remove it.
I have never come accros this sort of fixing before.

Yes they are rivets, drill them out and go buy a rivet gun to replace them, you may be able to replace them with nuts and bolts if you have the spaceWe may not win by protesting, but if we don’t protest we will lose.
