Ideas where to put 2nd job's money

Hi there,
I am in the process of getting a 2nd job, but want to put all of it into a 2nd account, so that I am not including it in my 'normal' account. I would ideally like the company to pay the funds straight into the account (so guess the account would need a sort code and account number) but am really unsure of what sort of account to place this into? Would it be a case of another current account? Or does ISA's have facilities for companies to pay straight into your account?
Sorry for all these questions etc! I'm a bit inexperienced in saving money and fianances etc

why don't you open a savings account - Sainsbury's or ICEsave are both good - get your company to pay straight into it and then, every April, transfer £3k to an ISA.0
