    Communities. If you have something vaguely in common with someone else you are suddenly a community, whether you want to be or not.

    Listening to someone on the radio yesterday banging on about "the cancer community" had me shouting at the radio in despair.

    Now if you feel that you can't go on
    Because all of your hope is gone,
    And your life is filled with much confusion
    Until happiness is just an illusion,
    And your world around is crumblin' down;
    Darling, reach out (come on girl, reach on out for me)
    Reach out (reach out for me.)

  • It's 'gotten' really bad recently, hasn't it.

    Is gotten the past tense of getten?
    No, it's the past participle of "get", in the same way that "forgotten" is the past participle of "forget".
