QVC Returns - Warning

Got QVC returns process wrong again. Should have remembered.

They advertise 30 day return, but don't return original postage even if you post goods back next day UNLESS you contact them by mail, phone or special on-line form to cancel the order within 14 days. Returning the goods with the returns form inside the parcel and not contacting them separately only gets the cost of the goods paid back.

So pretty much like all the catalogue companies too.


This is not suprising it is allowed as by the regulations you do have to notify them you are canceling. So if you don't then they deciode you were happy to lose the postage.


Yes it is anti customer friendly but then you are talking QVC and catalogues here. The sort of thing only crazy people use.
