Hi this pcn was given on council owned land but by One Parking Solution , i appealed using the one size fits all template , they replied within 2 days advising that my appeal was unsuccessful , they did not provide the information requested on the template but there are a few photos on their website :? they are saying i have reached the end of their internal appeals proceedure and i must now either pay or appeal further with POPLA , i have a code that is valid for 28 days , if i appeal to POPLA the discount rate will not be offered again ! please can you guide me on what to do or what to read next as i am a little lost as there is so much good info on here ,many thanks in advance
