I don't know the area but I would think a local paper would be your best bet. If I was looking for a tenant and didn't want to use a letting agent that's where I would put it.0

I don't know if it goes out that far from London - but I'd try http://www.gumtree.com
In my experience as a tenant, the landlords that advertise in Loot are even worse than the lettings agencies. But Gumtree seems to be better. Not sure why - that's just my experience.
