Hi All,
Found a pretty new up and coming company, very flexible and there is no tie-in's, contracts etc, just very cheap.. (check website if you don't believe me)
Offer a few packages, mobile friendly (if you call mobiles a lot), international friendly and chap local/national calls...
the link is http://www.5ringstelecom.co.uk - they do all the online billing and provide pretty cool call analysis software too so you can highlight costly numbers blahblah
