This prize draw is open to residents of the UK mainland only aged 18 years or over,
except employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited and its group companies,
Discover The World Limited, Destination British Columbia Corp,
Avis Budget Group Inc and Arc!!!8217;teryx, their families,
agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions.
It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Entries must be submitted via
tgr.ph/britishcolumbia
and entry is restricted to one per person.
Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.
4. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through
agencies and third parties will not be accepted.
No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
One winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date.
5. All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday 2 December 2018.
6. The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw.
Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner,
drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication.
Should any part of the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value shall be provided.
8. One winning entrant will win a trip for two to British Columbia.
The prize comprises the following:

• Two return international economy class flights from London Heathrow or London Gatwick to Vancouver ;
• 3* minimum hotel accommodation in the following hotels subject to availability and dates of travel; Rosedale on Robson, Vancouver; Prestige Beach House, Kelowna; Sandman Hotel, Revelstoke; Prestige Inn, Nelson and Watermark Beach Resort, Osoyoos;
• 11 days Avis Canada car hire;
• Travel documentation including an itinerary, vouchers, maps, driving directions and a Lonely Planet guidebook;
• One day wine tour including return hotel transfers;
• The Golden Mile wine tour including return hotel transfers, a visit to five wineries, tasting fees and a gourmet lunch;
• Two Arc!!!8217;teryx Atom SL vests.

9. The prize must be taken as one package.
The winner and their companion must travel together at all times.
Hotel accommodation is based on two people sharing a twin or double room
on a room-only basis.
10. To qualify for car hire, the named driver must be over 25 years of age and hold a full and current driving licence, held for a minimum of one year. If the driving licence is not in English, then the driver must provide an accurate translation and an International Driver!!!8217;s Permit. Any additional drivers may be subject to a surcharge. The driver must also hold a major valid credit card. The car must be collected from the Vancouver city depot and returned to Vancouver airport depot.
11. Avis Canada car hire includes unlimited kilometres, loss damage waiver, third party liability insurance coverage, one additional driver, taxes and Airport contract fees. The loss damage waiver may exclude a non-waivable amount for damage. A refundable deposit will be taken on vehicle collection. This amount will be fixed or calculated dependent on requests made. Deposits can be made by valid credit card only.

12, The prize does not include travel between the winner!!!8217;s home and the airport, travel insurance, transfers, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they and their guest have valid passports and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
13. The prize must be booked by Friday 15 June 2018. The prize is valid for travel between;

• Friday 1 June, 2018 and Saturday 30 June 2018
• Saturday 1 September 2018 and Saturday 29 September 2018

14. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives. The airline will be confirmed at the time of booking, subject to change according to travel dates, flight availability and flight price. Flights may be direct or indirect subject to availability.
15. The prize can not be combined with any other offer, promotions or discounts.

18. Entrants!!!8217; data will be used for the purpose of administration of this prize draw and in accordance with the permissions granted or withheld at the point of entry.
19. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
