- Exit Early if you wish and sell before the end of the term. Perhaps with a huge discount, e.g.: sell £100 worth of bond for £60
- 100% Asset backed. But are you the lender with a first charge? You probably will get nothing if you aren't
- Independent FCA Regulated ISA Manager and Trustee. Only the ISA manager and trustees are FCA regulated, the bond is not
- Transfer unlimited amounts from existing ISA’s you hold. Of course, standard ISA transfer rules apply
- Invest up to £20,000 cash Tax Free every Year. As above

The provider is now required to make this distinction very clear following the recent Dear CEO letter from the FCA. As expected this is being totally disregarded by those intent to scam money from punters.
