What does this order say?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

redact it to remove personal info and the reference and scan it or photograph it , upload it to tinypic and post the URL on here , changing http to hxxp0

Its best to stick one thread so people know what's going on.0 -
Here is a redacted version of that image:

You must complete your Directions Questionnaire.
If you are looking for guidance on how to complete that, then you are best guided by Bargepole's walkthrough linked from post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread.
Now you need to delete your link to that image to remove sensitive information.0 -
here is the image of form, the form n180 it wants me to download seems to be about mediation, this sis all i have received after submitting my defence0
-
now read the LOC123 and BARGEPOLE timline posts and explanations in that NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread
and pm soolin or crabman and ask them to merge your 2 threads into one
its one topic , once thread on here , thank you0 -

sorry im not very computer literate, and new to forums, and struggling to get my head around the forms help needed and what i need to actually do,
you need to follow the instructions by BARGEPOLE linked in post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread near the top of this forum , he explains it better than anyone else and did so over 18 months ago
you are at the DQ stage
the form tells you to email it and gives you the email address too
so get somebody who is computer literate to help you
people here will point you at the right info, but its your job to deal with it as its your court case and your pcn
that pic you posted needs more redacting , it has the pcn ref and your name on it0 -
The date of issue of that form is 16 May. Therefore the date of service is 21 May.
You have seven days from date of service of that order to complete the Directions Questionnaire.
I.e. it must be done by 28 May.0 -
All you have to do is email the CCBC the N180 Directions Questionnaire.
How to complete it is in the NEWBIES thread.
If you were not sent one, download a blank one by Googling it. Every court form is available online.
You need your threads merged, please don't start another thread for each question. Just REPLY on the old one.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
