TSB international payment gone!

Does anyone have any ideas?
I have been sent a $1,100 payment and a $9,000 payment from abroad to the TSB but the TSB say they haven't received it - the issuer says they have sent it - i don't doubt they have sent it as they have sent proof and the sender is a large international company - my employer - all payments have gone through before.
I have double and triple checked the details and the IBAN and SWIFT are present and correct!
So, if the sender says "we have sent it, contact your bank" and the TSB are saying, "we haven't received it, contact the sender" - what am i supposed to do - the money has vanished!

If it is sent via Swift then there are tracking mechanisms TSB can't initiate it you must go to the paying bank abroad and ask them to do a trace on the money0
