Wrongly attributed credit score

My son has a bad credit score which he paid when he said he would. The debt was £450 which he owed to Santader, he now has a very bad credit rating which is stopping him applying for credit. What are the procedures for appealing against a wrongly attributed credit score?

There's no such thing as the scores and ratings are made up

If he owed money to Santander then his credit history will reflect this and there are no grounds for appealing it

You don't pay for a credit score.

If he was in arrears and he agreeed to a plan than this will and should be reflected on his credit history.

    Nothing to see here.

You have posted in a thread, you really should start your own thread.

Did he owe Santander that money ?

If he did then the default is correct on his file.

Depends on the circumstances surrounding the debt, if you start a new thread adding this info.
