Just a quick question for anyone with a joint current account with first direct.
Does the joint account show on both of your credit files?
The account does not show on my partners credit file and FD were a pain when we switched accounts.
History of what happened...
Although we switched a joint account to them, they requested more info from my partner. She had to get photo ID signed and sent off as proof. But all the cards and everything arrived. They told me the transfer was on hold but it wasnt it still switched before she had sent the info.
Anyway account opened proof send and all good, except she now has no credit history again. She had non before hence the issues opening an account.

The account should show on both files and there should also be a financial link between the two persons as well0

Yes there is a financial link, I will have to check, that may relate to the previous account that closed when we switched.
EDIT: just checked and the financial Associations are from our old account.
