PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. Please also avoid posting personally identifiable information, including links to your own online property listing which may reveal your address. Thank you for your understanding.

But it's not how things are done here. As above, you will come across as a difficult obstructive buyer or a complete timewaster. UK buyer maybe, but I'm guessing not from this country originally? You've asked for advice and people have been very helpful, but it doesn't sound like you're taking much heed.
I am not trying to insult you or poke at you. I am stating facts. I believe you are at risk of losing the property. I did care and was trying to avoid this for you, but seeing as you know best, rock on.
If you don't want to come back and update us, of course that's your prerogative. Of course, it makes the thread less helpful for others really when you don't find out an outcome, but never mind.
Good luck!2024 wins: *must start comping again!*0 -

I think he's on the 'spectrum.' (It's usually a he.)
Very similar to another well-known poster, who seems to ask for
comments on their living problems, then argues with people who give the 'wrong' answers.0
