OMG the answer is as it has always been... NO!!!!
Not sure how many more ways you can be told, the Plevin rule is only for credit still open in 2008 onwards - a stand alpine policy as yours was could still be open today it does not make any difference.
Stop wasting yours and everyone else’s time with this spurious claim.0
