Yes, I would think an extended family is still a single household.0

As has been said, the single family dwelling is a standard one on ex-Local Authority properties. The reason being that it was probably bought under Right to Buy and councils wanted to stop them being turned into HMO!!!8217;s etc.
You have three options if you think you are going to be in breach of the covenant. Firstly speak to your solicitor about indemnity insurance. Secondly, approach the council mentioned and see if they!!!8217;ll release the covenant. Or thirdly, just do what you like and hope the council don!!!8217;t find out/don!!!8217;t care.0 -
Get a copy from your solicitor as he must have one to say 'hold on'. Otherwise you can apply fir a copy by post as others have posted
When reading a covenant it's important to look at the wording and if you think you are breaking it then who it benefits. Such covenants bind the land for the benefit of other land. So which land has the benefit and who now owns that land. That may be or include the Council but it could also be your neighbours.
so if you want more commentary then get a copy and post the covenanting clause and the covenant itself“Official Company Representative
