Comprehensive car insurance cover driving van?

I have comprehensive car insurance that says I am covered third party for any car loaned to me. Does this include a small van as well?

Just a thought, in some cases this clause only extends to driving another car in case of emergency, not when it is planned in advance. It might just be worth double checking, as you don't want to end up uninsured.
